Boosting Performance with Every Spray
Premium Agrochemical Adjuvants and Activators
Activate Full Power of Your Agrochemicals
The global demand for agrochemical adjuvants and activators is rising as farmers seek more sustainable ways to manage crops. A high-quality agrochemical adjuvant and activator does more than just spread; it protects the active ingredient from UV degradation and evaporation. At Sudarshan Global, our research into agrochemical adjuvants and activators focuses on reducing chemical waste. By choosing the right agrochemical adjuvant and activator, you are not only improving yield but also practicing precision agriculture that benefits the environment.
SUDASOL SLG: Silicone-Based Super Spreader (Activator)
Maximize the coverage of your foliar sprays with our premium organo-silicone surfactant. Specifically formulated as a high-efficiency sticker spreader, this product dramatically reduces the surface tension of spray droplets, allowing for “super-spreading” on even the most waxy leaf surfaces. It is an essential agrochemical adjuvant and activator for farmers looking to improve rainfastness and ensure that expensive active ingredients are not lost to runoff. Studies on surfactant-induced spray retention show that organo-silicone spreaders can increase the coverage area of a single droplet by up to 200%.
Best for: Herbicides, fungicides, and micronutrients.
Key Benefit: Enhances leaf penetration and coverage by up to 10x compared to standard wetting agents.
DOSE: 5 ml/15 litres of water
Packing: 220 kg barrel or 50 Kg carboy
SUDASOL EXC: Non-Ionic Surfactant (General Purpose Adjuvant)
Our non-ionic surfactant is a versatile tank mix adjuvant designed for compatibility with a wide range of crop protection chemicals. By functioning as a powerful wetting agent, it ensures that the spray solution stays in contact with the target area longer. As a reliable agrochemical adjuvant and activator, it stabilizes the emulsion and prevents the “beading” of water on hairy or oily plant surfaces, leading to significantly higher pesticide efficacy.
Best for: General pesticide applications and insecticide sprays.
Key Benefit: Non-reactive formula that won’t interfere with the chemical stability of the active ingredient.
DOSE: 5 ml/ 15 litres of water & 2% in formulations
Packing: 220 kg barrel or 50 Kg carboy
SUDASPERSE: Penetrant and Rainfastness Enhancer
Specifically engineered for systemic pesticides, this penetrant-based activator helps the active ingredient bypass the plant’s natural defenses. It works by softening the waxy cuticle of the leaf to facilitate rapid foliar fertilizer uptake and chemical absorption by reducing surface tension of sprayed solution. This agrochemical adjuvant and activator is the perfect solution for unpredictable weather, providing superior pesticide wash-off prevention within minutes of application.
Best for: Systemic herbicides and systemic fungicides.
Key Benefit: Dramatically reduces the time needed for a chemical to become “rain-safe.”
DOSE: 7.5 ml/ 15 litres of water
Packing: 220 kg barrel or 50 Kg carboy
SUDASOL AGV
SUDASOL AGV is a high-performance agrochemical adjuvant and activator engineered for maximum versatility. As a concentrated non-ionic surfactant, it is designed to drastically improve the wetting and spreading properties of your spray solution. While formulated for broad-spectrum compatibility with most pesticides, we recommend a “Jar Test” for new tank mixes. This simple step ensures no physical separation or clumping occurs, guaranteeing a stable, uniform application every time. Enhance your pesticide efficacy and ensure superior leaf coverage with the reliable chemistry of SUDASOL AGV.
DOSE: 1 ml/litre of water
Packing: 220 Kg barrel or 50 Kg carboy
Application & Mixing Guide For Agrochemical Adjuvants and Activators
To ensure maximum pesticide efficacy and avoid compatibility issues in the tank, follow the “WALES” mixing sequence or these general step:
The Mixing Sequence (Standard Tank Mix)
Always add your agrochemical adjuvants and activators at the correct stage to ensure a stable emulsion.
Step 1: Fill the spray tank with 50% to 70% of the required water.
Step 2: Start the agitation system.
Step 3: Add solid formulations (WP, WDG).
Step 4: Add liquid flowables and emulsifiable concentrates (EC).
Step 5: Add the Adjuvant: This is the ideal time to add your sticker spreader or non-ionic surfactant. Adding it now ensures it helps the already mixed chemicals spread better once they hit the leaf.
Step 6: Top off with the remaining water.
Recommended Dosage Rates Agrochemical Adjuvants and Activators
While specific rates vary by crop, here is a general guideline for our Sudasol range:
For Herbicides: 5ml to 10ml per 15 liters of water to ensure deep leaf penetration.According to the Compendium of Herbicide Adjuvants, using the right activator can significantly reduce environmental impact by minimizing chemical runoff.
For Fungicides/Insecticides: 3ml to 5ml per 15 liters to improve droplet adhesion and coverage.
For Foliar Fertilizers: 2ml to 5ml to enhance foliar fertilizer uptake.
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our Agrochemical Adjuvants and Activators
Most of our agrochemical adjuvants and activators have a shelf life of 2 to 3 years when stored in their original, unopened containers in a cool, dry place. We recommend keeping products out of direct sunlight to maintain the stability of the non-ionic surfactants.
es. Many of our silicone-based spreaders are compatible with organic formulations. They help bio-pesticides (which often have larger particle sizes) adhere better to the leaf surface, significantly increasing their pesticide efficacy without chemical interference.
Our premium agrochemical adjuvants include buffering agents that help mitigate the effects of hard water. By preventing mineral ions from binding with the active ingredient, our tank mix adjuvants ensure the chemical remains fully available for plant uptake.
Our sticker spreaders create a water-resistant film over the spray droplet once it dries on the leaf. This ensures that the treatment remains effective even if it rains shortly after application, preventing pesticide wash-off and saving the cost of re-spraying.
While our non-ionic surfactants are designed for broad compatibility, we always recommend a “Jar Test” before large-scale mixing. This involves mixing small amounts of the adjuvant and the chemical in a glass jar to ensure no physical separation or “clumping” occurs.
As a trusted partner in the agricultural supply chain, Sudarshan Global continues to innovate in the field of agrochemical adjuvants and activators.
